As one of the organization's co-founders, Bob brings significant experience in executive coaching to Robert Gregory Partners. For nearly 20 years, he has coached executives at the highest levels of large, global companies. His experience at the vice president and C-suite level is deep and broad across industries, including healthcare, logistics, Big Four accounting firms, manufacturing, financial services and gaming/hospitality. Before launching his career in executive coaching, he worked as a mental health clinician, serving some of the most difficult clinical populations. He was managing multiple treatment facilities before he was 30 years old. His clinical experience has helped Robert work effectively with the most challenging personalities in his executive coaching assignments.
Maria "Sully" Sullivan

Maria brings imaginative thinking, a strong business mind and significant experience in executive coaching and leadership development consulting to Robert Gregory Partners. Her career spans 27 years as senior manager, mentor and coach in the legal and financial fields. She spent the last half of that at Deloitte, first managing the firm’s internal coaching team of 60 coaches and, subsequently, its external 50-coach panel. Maria specializes in designing and executing customized leader development programs that align with business objectives; identifying, assessing and developing high-potential leaders; building competency models for use in development, performance and succession management; and developing custom solutions for business pipeline and succession planning.
